Asus ZenBook Pro 15 | Asus Laptop With Two Screens

Today, we’d like to talk about a new product that might revolutionize the way you use your laptop. This is our Asus ZenBook pro 15, first look.

The Laptop With Two Screens

You know that trackpad on your laptop. That technology has been around for more or less 25 years now. In 2018 Asus hopes to give you more functionality by adding an LCD display to it. They call it screen pad. I know what you’re thinking, “What would anyone use such a small secondary display for?”, actually a lot.

You can switch between modes by pressing the F6 key. Screen pad mode gives you shortcuts to apps like the calculator or the music player. When you open apps like Microsoft PowerPoint screen pad automatically switches to this. So editing your presentations is now at the touch of your fingertips. Select text and easily increase font size or change font color. When you’re watching YouTube you can also get quick access to control so you can scrub through video like so.Asus ZenBook Pro 15

Then there’s extension display mode that gives you a dual display experience. Say you want to browse facebook.com at work without your boss seeing you, you can just drag the browser on the screen pad and yeah now its two screens, you can still use the screen pad as a trackpad in this mode. Just make sure the mouse cursor is on the main display. Of course, you can always turn it off and use it like a traditional trackpad.

And if you’re wondering even if it’s just display it feels just like any other great trackpad right now there are only a handful of apps that support this feature. But Asus has put out software development kits. So the possibilities are endless. And we can’t wait to see what people come up with.

And before we forget these, the Zen Book pro 15 is a powerhouse laptop made with content creators in mind. For those interested roll spec sheet:
